* Who I Am
Hello. My name is Methanie Dempsay Binder, and I am a web designer, web programmer, and web marketing/SEO specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I started designing and working on the web a few years after the internet hit the big time. In 1999, I received my certificate in Internet Design & Technology from the San Francisco State Multimedia Studies Program, and immediately began doing web design and web development work for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). There, I started as an Associate Web Designer/Developer and eventually ended up becoming the Senior Web Designer and Media Specialist in the company.
Outside of my corporate work, I have done web design, web development and internet marketing, SEO and pay-per-click campaign management for small to medium sized companies, for large universities including Yale, and for smaller schools and politicians. I have also done a fair share of print design, including brochures, instructional materials, and business card design.
